The Perfect Wave

A small piece that I have used to form the beginning  of a much larger piece. It began as a colour sketch but I loved it so much I added lots more detail.

I can't remember how long I waited for this perfect wave.  Dog walkers passed and returned, with lots of comments and laughter about whether I was taking root, and surely I had captured it now. I had seen a similar wave so knew it would come again, and I think the wait was worth it. 

6 by 6 inch square in a 8 by 8 inch black frame and black archival mount. Certificate of Authenticity included
