Buying from Me

All purchases through my website are handled securely through payment links, or QR codes from my business account, and you will receive an automatic receipt by email.

UK Delivery

I post artwork within 5 days, usually earlier. However  when unforeseen circumstances prevent this I will update you at the time of your order. Delivery usually arrives within 2 to 3 days from time of shipping, you will be contacted by email with tracking number once shipped), but please allow 7 days in total.

Framed paintings are carefully wrapped, with "Fragile" and "Care Glass" stickers attached to the outer packaging.  If you would rather choose your own frame, and purchase the painting unframed, please contact me and I will try to accommodate this. Unframed paintings are mounted with a protective glassine sheet covering the painting and sandwiched between protective board. 

Overseas Orders

Please contact me for a shipping quote before making your purchase. Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. I am unable to quote on Import duties. Additional charges are at the customer’s expense and I accept no responsibility for additional charges.  An approximate idea of postal costs can be found here

Returns

UK

I want you to love your artwork however if you decide it is not for you, you have 14 days to contact me by email to request a refund, (please note, commissioned work is not refundable).  Once a return is agreed, you are responsible for packaging, payment and arranging delivery to myself. Once the artwork has been safely returned undamaged, I will refund you for the artwork, (minus original shipping costs), within 14 days.

International Shipping

At this time, I am unable to offer a refund outside the Uk

Damaged Artwork

All artwork is securely package, but if damage occurs during delivery, please reject the package during delivery, and get in touch by email - marywaterfall@icloud.com. If the artwork is damaged inside the package, please contact me within 7 days by email. Send me pictures of the damage to the artwork, packaging both internal and external, so we can discuss the next steps.
